WOULD YOU STILL EXERCISE IF YOU DIDN'T LOSE WEIGHT?

Totally cool if not, that’s really common.


But… whilst aesthetic goals are often an initial driving force, they also have a shelf life.


If we don’t see somewhat immediate results (within 4-6 weeks) we think “eff it, what’s the point?!” and give up.




Thing is, there will be other changes that we don’t necessarily see that are just as - if not more - important.


  • Increases in strength (both mental & physical)



  • Better sleep


  • Better mood


  • Better sex life



  • Increase body awareness

  • Better knowledge on what exercises we do and don’t enjoy doing

  • Increased mobility & flexibility



  • Reduced anxiety


  • Increased agility


  • Reduced pain


… I could keep going but I think I probably lost you at “better sex life”.
