Full body workout using either two dishcloths if you have hard flooring or two paper plates if you have carpeted floors!
So most of us are stuck at home in self-isolation thanks to the Coronavirus, here's an at-home workout that requires no equipment.
As with the first workout (which used two tins of food) format of the workout is an AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) meaning you do each move ten times and do as many rounds of that circuit as you can in the amount of time you have... I put my phone timer on for 25mins but if you have less / more time then tailor it to whatever time you have.
Go grab those dishcloths or paper plates and let's do this:
*10 x single arm tricep pushups (5 each side)
*10 x alternating mountain climbers (5 each side)
*10 x high plank leg abduction (5 each side)
*10 x lying leg curls
