As most of us are stuck at home in self-isolation thanks to the Coronavirus, I have created some at-home workouts that only require items that you already have at home... like tins of food!
The format of the workout is an AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) meaning you do each move ten times and do as many rounds of that move as you can in the amount of time you have... I put my phone timer on for 25mins but if you have less / more time then tailor it to whatever time you have.
Here's today's workout... and you only need a couple of tines of food!
*10 x squat push press
*10 x lunge with lateral raise
*10 x oblique twist punches
*10 x seated heel raises
