What to expect when training with me?

 
- Initial session focuses on mobility, identifying restrictions, pain, etc that will inform how we strength train.

- Together we agree 2/3 goals that we'll aim to achieve within the following 6/8 weeks. This is part of what we'll measure each session in addition to developing other areas.

- Most clients train twice a week. With that structure I focus on a 'pulling' session once a week and a 'pushing' session once a week. Each session covers upper, lower and core. This is a far more effective approach to training, instead of doing upper and core one session, and then lower and core the other session. 

- We re-evaluate goals every 6/8 weeks and have a quarterly review every 3 months, where we can explore how you're feeling about training, what's working, what isn't etc.
