What to Expect When Training With Me

Training with me is structured, personal, and responsive to how your body actually moves, not a one-size-fits-all program.

Your first session focuses on mobility and movement. We’ll identify restrictions, areas of discomfort, and patterns that inform how we train going forward.

From there, we’ll agree on two to three clear goals to work toward over the next six to eight weeks. These goals guide each session and help us track progress, while still leaving room to develop strength, resilience, and confidence across your whole body.

Most clients train twice per week. Sessions are structured around one pulling-focused and one pushing-focused workout each week. Every session includes upper body, lower body, and core work - a more balanced and effective approach than splitting muscle groups across different days.

Every six to eight weeks, we reassess goals. Every three months, we take a broader look at how training feels, what’s working well, and where we can adjust or improve.

This is training that evolves with you.

In-Person (Trainer Location) & Online Training

For clients who prefer a dedicated space or the flexibility of training remotely.

  • Single session $125

  • 10-session package $1,000


In-Home Training (Client Location)

For clients who value convenience and privacy.

  • Single session $312

  • 10-session package $2,500


Additional Details

  • All sessions are 50 minutes

  • A 20% discount is included when purchasing a 10-session package

  • In-home training is available for clients located within 10 miles
