52 Weeks of You is a comprehensive training program designed to elevate both your physical and mental wellbeing. Delivered weekly via bite-sized 20-minute video sessions sent directly to your inbox, this course is designed to cater to a diverse spectrum of fitness levels.
Each week, you'll delve into focused training sessions targeting different aspects of your body: upper body, lower body, and mobility. Embracing variety and progression, every fourth week brings a fun challenge that focuses on the learnings of the previous 3 weeks.
Whether you're a novice stepping into the world of fitness or an intermediate enthusiast seeking a well-rounded regimen, this program is ideal. It's a hassle-free solution that eliminates the guesswork, offering a blend of movements encompassing pushing, pulling, rotational, and isolation exercises.
To ensure the program feels accessible, we will start on the slightly easier scale and work on improving our skills week on week - and, as I would if I were training your in person, I will offer modifications to make moves easier or harder.
In order to improve our strength we will be working with progressive overload, which means adding in some additional resistance, so you will need:
Weights - Dumbells or kettlebells (or a couple bags of sugar)!
Long resistance band - just 1 but similar to these: Long band
Glute resistance band to go around the knees - again just 1 but similar to these: Glute band
